Common reasons to contact us
Report a calculation error
If you believe the calculator has produced an incorrect result, please email us with: your filing status, gross income, the credits and reliefs you selected, and the figure you received versus the figure you expected. We cross-check all reports against Revenue guidance and correct any confirmed errors promptly.
General feedback
We welcome feedback on usability, missing features, or anything else that would make the calculator more useful for Irish PAYE workers. If there is a specific credit, relief, or filing scenario you would like to see added, let us know.
